A couple of words about our printing techniques without getting too technical

When we are asked which printing techniques we are using many people presume we do screen printing.

No, we don't.

There are two printing/pressing techniques we use:

·         Heat Transfer: the design is like a thin film on the T-Shirt, can only be done with 65-100% cotton or

·         Sublimation: the design fuses with the material it is on, can only be done with 65-100% Polyester on light fabric or on Polyester coating . Needs special inks.

You can choose which technique you want on your T-Shirt.

Aprons or bibs can be either technique depending on our current stock.

All other blanks are sublimation blanks with a polyester coating.

The above techniques specialise in individual personalised items or small production runs whereas screen printing is only price effective with larger numbers from 50-100 pieces which are all identical.
